About Dr. Peter Linneman:
Dr. Peter Linneman is the Chief Economist of NAI Global and an is the Albert Sussman Professor of Real Estate, Finance and Public Policy at the Wharton School of Business. Recognized as one of the leading strategic thinkers in the real estate industry, he is widely published and is the founding co-editor of The Wharton Real Estate Review.

As the principal of Linneman Associates, Dr. Linneman provides strategic and M&A analysis, market studies and feasibility analysis to leading U.S. and international companies. He also publishes The Linneman Letter, which forecasts employment growth and examines how macroeconomic factors influence real estate markets. Most recently, Dr. Linneman was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the "25 Most Influential People in Real Estate."
