Scope of Service Experience:

Brian specializes in the sale of Peninsula and South Bay apartment properties. He began his real estate career as an investment broker at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, where he was a Senior Associate and an Associate Director of the National Multi Housing Group. Brian joined NAI BT as a Vice President in October of 2008 and was quickly promoted to Senior Vice President January 2010.

In the last twelve months alone he has successfully brokered 31 transactions amounting to the sale of over $74.5 million in real estate investment properties. Brian was the #1 Multi-Family agent companywide at BT as well as ranking in the Top 5 Agents for all product types and leasing in the Palo Alto office and Top 25 agents companywide. Since 2005 he has successfully brokered 95 transactions amounting to the sale of over $231 million in real estate investment properties. In addition, in 2007 and 2008 Brian earned the Outstanding Performance in Sales Award.

Brian Henry is a Los Altos native and a UCLA graduate. He played on the Division I NCAA water polo team and won two national championships while with the team. Prior to working at M&M, Brian worked as an Outside Sales Associate at MongoNet, a San Francisco-based technology company for two years, and ranked among the company’s top outside sales associates each year he was there. Brian is also actively involved in the ownership and management of over 140 apartment units in the Bay Area.
