Dan started with BT Commercial in 2009 after working at Marcus & Millichap where he successfully completed the prestigious Sales Intern Program (SIP). Dan also worked for H.G. Capital, a private equity investment firm, where he sourced and underwrote real estate investments. Dan focuses on office, industrial, and multi-family investments as well as user sale transactions throughout the Peninsula. His extensive knowledge of the Peninsula investment market is rooted in his strong background in finance. Dan Graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics and minors in both Accounting and Business Administration. While at the University of Redlands, Dan played for the SCIAC championship water polo team and was an Academic All American.
