Patrick Conkin joined Cassidy Turley BT Commercial’s Palo Alto office in 2009 as a Senior Vice President. He has over 22 years experience as an investment real estate broker specializing in Santa Clara multi-family properties. With more than 426 successfully completed transactions, Patrick has experience representing both buyers and sellers of apartment communities.

Education

Patrick received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University in 1984.

Background & Experience

In 1986, Patrick started his real estate sales career at Marcus & Millichap. Following five successful years, he then joined Coldwell Banker Commercial where he was a top producer, as well as the Sales Manager of the most successful Coldwell Banker Commercial office in Santa Clara County. In 2006, Patrick joined the Investment Services Division at Cornish & Carey. In recognition of his performance, the firm promoted him to Vice President in 2008.

Patrick has a solid reputation in the local apartment brokerage community and maintains a thorough understanding of the local investment marketplace. His in-depth knowledge of lending institutions, extensive experience with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and strong negotiation skills provide his clients the representation they need when buying, selling or exchanging investment real estate.

Patrick currently resides in Los Altos with his wife and three children.
