In-N-Out pays $1.5M for Redwood City site
In-N-Out paid $1.5 million for a 40,000-square-foot parcel in Redwood City, where the burger chain plans to build a new restaurant.
The site, at 949 Veterans Blvd., has a restaurant that will be demolished and an office building that will be leased out.
The chain, founded in 1948, has more than 240 locations in California, Nevada and Arizona.
Mike Costa of Terranomics Retail Services has represented the seller in the deal, McKelvy Properties-Redwood City LLC.
